Inner horns carved. So far I am not a fan of myrtle. It is a very hard wood to work precisely. It cuts like butter with a sander and scrapes horribly. I know...I know... If it cuts like butter what is the issue? Well it is very easy to cut too deep too fast. Bad things... I ended up doing a lot of this by hand (not the belly carve). Lastly myrtle is prone to tear out when using the scraper. Not a fan...
Neck roughed in with a C shape.
Neck cleaned up to 220 grit. This guitar gets a more traditional heal so I shape the neck to it.
Test fit.
Let glue this thing up.
