The dangers of custom wound pickups

Custom pickups don't wind themselves. Do not drink while winding.. 43AWG and 44AWG is really thin, we broke a lot of wire while setting up. The dog kept licking the wire as it came of the spool effecting the tension. This is the first single coil and while not for the RedStar project we will be winding new pickups for it. Hopefully before we are finished.
